Wild Parallel Sour

Our top-selling drink perfectly highlights the peppery spicy notes of Wild Parallel’s high rye mash build. With the addition of demerara syrup and bitters, this cocktail is a fan favorite for a reason.

2 oz Wild Parallel Straight Bourbon
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg whites

Method: Shaken
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Aromatic bitters, cherry

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish.

Simple Syrup Recipe:
20 oz sugar
20 oz water
Heat water to just under a boil, stir in sugar until dissolved.
Refrigerate.

Yield: 1L
