1.5 oz Wild Parallel Toasted Barrel Finish
1/2 oz amaro
1/2 oz falernum
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes black walnut bitters
Falernum Recipe:
4.75g cloves, whole
3.5g nutmeg, whole
6g allspice, whole
30g almonds, sliced
55g fresh ginger, sliced
600g demerara syrup
50g water
- Toast cloves, allspice, nutmeg and almonds over medium heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add all ingredients into a vacuum bag, and sous vide 160F for 3hrs.
- Transfer to ice bath until cool.
- Strain out solids.
- Store in refrigerator.

Garnish: Orange peel
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish.
