This riff on the classic cocktail, Sleepless in Toronto, was created at Fox Trail Distillery in 2021. This variation of an Old Fashioned combines Oak & Bean Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and Wild Parallel Straight Bourbon with the herbal bitterness of fernet and aromatic bitters.

1 oz Oak & Bean
1 oz Wild Parallel Straight Bourbon
1 oz fernet
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Method: Stirred
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange peel

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish.
