This drink is our top-selling cocktail! This drink combines Oak & Bean Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, Boxley Vodka, cold brew concentrate, demerara syrup, and aromatic bitters to create the best Cold Brew Martini with the perfect foam every time. It is the perfect drink for a night on the town.
1.5 oz Oak & Bean
3/4 oz Boxley Vodka
1.5 oz Cold Brew
1/2 oz demerara syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Method: Shake
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
Demerara Syrup Recipe:
32 oz brown sugar
16 oz water
- Combine sugar and water and dissolve over heat.
- Simmer and stir for 20 minutes or until slight thickening occurs.
- Cool and refrigerate.
